WaterTower is nestled in the heart of the Prospect District and has become one of the hottest neighborhoods in downtown Denver. It is what LoDo was 5 years ago - close to the amenities and exhilaration of downtown, but priced accessibly. This area thrived as the home of factories and distribution warehouses in the first part of last century and is now becoming a stunning commercial and residential redevelopment. The open fields are transitioning to parks and mixed use development, and the few historic buildings are being converted into residential loft buildings. Prospect
District is anchored by Coors Field and the downtown
skyline to the east, Commons Park to
the south, the exclusive Flour Mill Loft Buildings and Cuernavaca
Park and the Platte River to the west. It is a neighborhood for
walkers, drivers, riders and scooters, for those who love the excitement
of downtown, but the affordability and feel of a neighborhood within the
city. |
