WaterTower Lofts stands proudly as the jewel of Inca Street. It was originally built around 1894 as a warehouse during Denver's Rail/Streetcar Era. In the early 1900's, the American Furniture Company started to use this building as a warehouse for its retail store on Lawrence Street. Over the last century it has been used as a warehouse for a variety of transfer and storage businesses including sporting goods retailers.

WaterTower Lofts is one of the historic LoDo brick and timber buildings that lent itself well to residential renovation.
